Setup tutorial, step by step
From a brand new riverArk account to your first payment. Pause anytime and follow along.
1. Create your account
Sign up free at ark.riverark.io, or scan your riverArk rep's QR code. Choose Merchant / Retail POS and enter your business information. Tap Skip for now on the merchant account step until Strike approves you.
2. Connect Strike
Open a Strike business account at dashboard.strike.me. Once approved, go to Settings, then Merchant Account in riverArk, set the provider to Strike, enter your Strike username and tap Save. See setting up your Strike business account.
3. Counter QR codes
Open Counter QR, name the code (Register 1, Bar, Truck 2) and tap Create Counter QR. Print it and keep it at the register. To take a payment, scan it with any phone or tablet, key in the total and tap Charge.
4. Dynamic pricing
On Flipper plans and up, in Settings, Merchant Account. At +1% the customer covers your riverArk fee. Go up to +5% to earn a little on every sale, or down to -10% to reward customers who pay with Lightning.
