Privacy Policy

Last updated September 10, 2026. This page covers support.riverark.io only, the support and help site. It does not cover the riverArk API or merchant application, which are addressed separately.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, category, and message. That information is used to create a support ticket and respond to you. We reply from a support mailbox hosted on Google Workspace.

Like most sites, we also collect standard web server logs and usage analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring site. We use Google Analytics for this. Google's own privacy policy covers how it processes that data: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use this information

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your request. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the support site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share contact form submissions outside riverArk except with service providers that help us operate support (our internal ticketing system).

Data retention

We keep support tickets for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of what was asked and answered.

Support runs over email, so your message does not sit with riverArk alone. Our support mailbox is hosted on Google Workspace, so Google holds a copy under its own terms, your own email provider holds one on the other end, and so does the ticketing system we use to track requests. Those providers keep data under their own policies and retention schedules, which riverArk does not control.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
